RL Wilson Training Consultants provides instruction in several Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) / Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission (CJSTC) core-curriculum certification courses — the standardized training Florida agencies rely on to certify their officers and meet state requirements.

Field Training Officer (FTO) for Law Enforcement Officers
Completely facilitated by RL Wilson Training Consultants, including the end-of-course exam. Training certificate usually issued by the hosting agency.
Outcome: Students who pass the final exam become eligible for FTO service.

Line Supervision
Completely facilitated by RL Wilson Training Consultants, including the end-of-course exam. Training certificate usually issued by the hosting agency.
Outcome: Students who pass the final exam receive CEU credits.

Because these are CJSTC certification courses, they must be conducted through an authorized FDLE/CJSTC-certified training center. RL Wilson Training Consultants partners with certified centers throughout Florida year-round, making it easier for agencies and individual officers to access the training they need.
