After a decade in executive security management, RL Wilson spent 24 years in law enforcement, rising to the rank of Police Major. Today, as a certified instructor with 20+ years of training experience, he equips officers and agencies with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform at their best when it matters most.
RL Wilson Training Consultants was founded in 2021 to continue that mission – providing contemporary, practical training that strengthens officers, agencies, and the communities they serve.
