A Certified Trainer, FDLE Subject Matter Expert, and FBI National Academy graduate, Robert retired as a Police Major and has spent 20+ years developing officers and leaders as an adjunct instructor at the Palm Beach State College Criminal Justice Institute and through agencies across Florida.
